What is Peoplenetics' Story?

Peoplenetics is a Talent Management consultancy firm started in 2016 by Richard Ogden, Business Psychologist and Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society. Richard and his colleagues at Peoplenetics share the drive to help people perform at their best, as often as possible. Peoplenetics brings a scientific approach to building high-performing, resilient organisations.

Prior to launching Peoplenetics, Richard had over 20 years experience working in business consultancy and played a pivotal role in establishing and building a successful psychology consultancy, leaving this business as Director of Projects and Consulting.

Richard’s collaborations with clients have led to industry recognition from professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, and the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP). In 2014, Richard and his partners won the ABP award for Excellence in Leadership Assessment for a pioneering approach to identifying and developing emerging, future leaders.
